  Good to occupy your mind. To not keep you thinking about school or jobs all the time. Think of something different

  like playing games , travelling, reading,any special art etc

  Usually I find it best to enjoy my hobbies during the weekend. Doing your hobbies when you have school or a job makes it unsatisfying.
